SANSKRIT

The department of Sanskrit was established from very inception of the College in 1965 with the aims of increasing the knowledge about the ancient language and literature and to make an awareness of culture and heritage of India. The department was headed by the renowned academician and former Registrar of Kannur University Prof. K.H. Subrahmanyan and followed by the other renowned personality Dr. P. Manoharan for more than two decades.

The department offers Complementary courses to students of BA Malayalam, Common course and Open course to BA/BSc/BCom/BBA students.
