ANTI DRUG WALL BY NSS UNIT 11

Payyannur College NSS Unit 11 created a wall painting against drug abuse that destroys creativity on the campus. This is the first time in Kerala that such an Anti-Drug Wall has been set up under the leadership of an NSS unit. As part of anti-drug awareness, the unit has been conducting various programs across the district, and this new initiative has become a model for campuses. The Anti-Drug Wall was inaugurated by Dr. Sujith K.V, Kannur University DSS. NSS Unit 11 Programme Officer Dr. Manju R. Nath presided over the function. NCC Officer Dr. Premachandran Kezhoth, PTA Secretary Dr. Gopika K. K., and Principal-in-Charge Dr. A. C. Sreehari participated in and felicitated the great initiative. NSS Unit 11 Secretary Abin Prakash proposed the vote of thanks. NSS Unit 11’s creative campaigns, including the acclaimed anti-drug dance sculpture Jwala, have already earned wide appreciation. The unit’s efforts, as part of Kannur University’s anti-drug campaign Azad Sena and NMBA, continue to inspire collective action against drug abuse.
